Because there is no ‘one size fits all’ solution to excessive work pressure, the UvA is focusing on a variety of areas and measures. We are taking stock of the causes, providing guidelines for achieving a better work balance, stimulating the reduction of adminstrative complexity and helping to recognise and acknowledge work pressure.
